ABOUT US

At AVO Direct Care, we believe ADHD care should be personal, supportive, and built to fit your life. Too often, women carry the weight of their families, careers, and children with neurodivergence while their own struggles are dismissed or overlooked. Founded by Dr. Julie Gilbreath, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 15 years of experience, our practice was created to give adults the time and attention they deserve. With 60 to 90 minute appointments, clear diagnosis, and ongoing treatment, we provide care that listens, validates, and empowers you to manage ADHD with confidence.
